These boots are very comfortable and the size fits well. I picked the narrow version instead of the wider fit.

Very stylish

After having served on a remote desert island surrounded by coal reefs whose fine sand sometimes saw my feet sink a couple of inches into it, the RAF provided me with not only a tropical uniform, but a pair of desert boots almost identical to those I like to wear whilst on my long holidays on the Isle of Wight at my niece's. It isn't as if the beach's are made of coral sand, but because these suede leather boots are extremely comfortable, and wearing them allows the feet to breathe and unlike Trainers the sweat is allowed to escape and not leave the usual old smell that man made material seems to harbour. I've sometimes been asked as to which shoe shop I get the desert boot from, as they look quite smart. So those who ask are told to go on a certain Web site called Chums, where they will find that, like I did, its got the ideal footwear, which in my casebrings back nostalgic memories of a island that tourists would love, had it hotels, fresh drinking water, top quite food, and air-conditioning to cope with the searing heat. Liked them but unfortunately to big for me… I know they were sold for men but I thought I might try the 6 to just see if they would fit.. Returned,

A good fit and look good. Only criticism was the soles which I expected to be crepe not plastic. Otherwise a good buy.
