Returns

To return your goods you will need to return your parcel via an Evri ParcelShop or Evri Lockers. The Evri prepaid label will be attached to your invoice.  Return to an Evri ParcelShop – with all the convenience of popping to your local corner shop or swiftly dropping off at an Evri Locker.   ParcelShops are based in 7,000+ local businesses across the UK and open early until late, 7 days a week, so you can return your items at a time that suits you. With a range of 3,000+ Evri Lockers across the UK, you can securely return your parcel anytime, conveniently available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  1. Complete the returns note included with your order and include it in your parcel.
  2. Peel off the pre-paid label and stick it onto your parcel.
  3. Simply take your parcel to any of the local stores offering Evri ParcelShop or Locker Service. You'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.

Our Returns Policy over the Christmas period has been extended. Most items* on orders placed from 18th November onwards can be returned up until 31st January 2025.

If you’ve misplaced your free returns label, you can generate an Evri return labelhere. To generate your label, follow these steps:

  1.  Enter Evri's Parcel Return Page - You can access ithere.
  2. Search 'Chums' in the retailers name.
  3. Under 'Your Details', enter your Customer Number, your email address and click continue (if you cannot find your customer number, enter your order number - this can be found on your order confirmation email).
  4. Select your reason for returning the item(s).
  5. Select your parcel size.
  6. Select your preferred method of return (ParcelShop or Evri Locker)
  7. Check the returns restrictions to ensure your parcel does not contain any prohibited items or exceeds the maximum size and weight. Agree with the terms and conditions once you are happy.
  8. You have successfully generated your returns code, follow the instructions given by Evri to return. 

If you cannot access or generate the above returns label with Evri, please contact our friendly customer service teamhere; they will assist you.

Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used when placing the order.

On the back of the invoice/delivery note you will find the Returns form. Tick the desired action i.e. PLEASE EXCHANGE and complete the relevant area to tell us what you require.
Once you have dropped your parcel off at the Evri ParcelShop or Locker, your exchange will usually take up to 14 days to be processed.
Please allow this time for your required action to be dealt with.
