I bought these clogs for my 64yr old son who has cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair. He was having great difficulty putting his shoes and socks on and as he is very independent refused help with this! As he also has learning difficulties unfortunately some days, he would be barefooted. As winter approached we were at our wits end of a solution. We saw the clogs and I’m pleased to say he loves them. He slips them on easily compared to shoes and the lovely fleece lining keeps his feet warm if he cannot put his socks on! I bought two pairs as they were an offer so he even can choose which colour he wants to wear that day!

I can not really comment as I never received this item. You chose to deliver via the worst delivery company possible (Evri) who failed to deliver the parcel after telling me it had been delivered and then it was lost However, your customer relation team sorted the isse with a refund of the items and the delivery charge without any fuss. this was my first purchase with yourselves, I'm afraid I will not order again unless you change your delivery company choice. I understand they may be the cheapest but they deliver a cheap service. I have always said I will pay extra for an alternative, maybe give your customers a choice eg. £5.95 delivery with Evri, £7.50 with xyz delivery. I know which I would choose
