To return your goods you will need to return your parcel via an Evri ParcelShop or Evri Lockers. The Evri prepaid label will be attached to your invoice. If you’ve misplaced your free returns label, please contact our friendly customer service team here who can issue you with a 6-digit number or QR code. If you take your parcel along with the QR code or 6-digit number to an Evri ParcelShop they will print a label in-store and send it back to Chums for you free of charge.
Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used when placing the order.
